Then we spend the rest of your hour on everything else — the printer, the backups, the question you've been meaning to ask somebody. That's the point of pricing the visit instead of the problem. The hour disappears faster than you'd think.

Can you just fix it remotely?

Accepted Answer

The first visit is always in person — that's where we learn your house and you learn us. After that, existing clients get remote sessions at $99 flat, and the quick stuff — a restart, an Eero reboot from our dashboard — is free.

What don't you do?

Accepted Answer

New wiring, attic crawls, and big installations — home theaters, whole-home systems. For those we bring in our install partners and stay your point of contact, so you still only need one number.

How fast can you come out?

Usually within a couple of days, often sooner. If something's truly dead — no internet, no email, big meeting tomorrow — say so when you book and we'll do our best to get there same-day.

Can I book this for my parents?

Happens all the time — adult kids booking a visit for Mom and Dad is half this business. We're patient, we explain things in plain English, and we'll call you afterward with the rundown if they'd like.

If it has a plug or a password, bring it to the list. $199 gets us to your door and covers the first hour — most problems fit inside it. $149/hr after, quoted at booking.
